If you know you're not going to be home on the scheduled day please let us or the courier know as soon as possible. The courier will attempt 3 times before being returned to us. 


Our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange delivery again on another day. This will not be the following day as the courier have to process the items back through their network.


If it's a Royal Mail delivery and you haven't given an alternative place to leave it, you'll get a card offering you instructions on how to arrange redelivery, along with other options such as pick up from the post office.
